Every TÄL piece is made to order — that's what lets us keep a small footprint and offer fresh drops without excess stock. Here's what to expect.
Delivery
Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus 7–15 business days for delivery within Australia (occasionally longer during peak periods or customs delays). That's a realistic total of 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns and Exchanges
Not the right fit? We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Reach out to us at taalenquiries@outlook.com and we'll sort you out.
Since every piece is made to order, we're unable to offer returns for change of mind on customised or final sale items — but if something arrives faulty or wrong, we'll always make it right.
